NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police have asked the public’s help for information after a man was shot and killed overnight in Nashville.
The shooting happened at 1:25 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Delta Avenue.
Metro Nashville police said 48-year-old Isaac Davis was dropping off a friend outside her residence when someone opened fire on his car.
Davis was shot in the head and died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Police said his friend suffered a non-life-threatening leg wound.
