A man was injured after being stabbed with a box cutter at an apartment complex just south of downtown Nashville.
The incident happened Tuesday morning at the North Hill Apartments on Lewis Street.
Officials with Metro Police said a suspect knocked on the door and got into a verbal altercation with the victim.
At some point, the victim was stabbed in both legs with a box cutter.
No suspect description was immediately available.
Additional details were not known.
