Metro Police are investigating a deadly shooting at a gas station in Hadley Park.
Officers say it happened around 1:50 a.m. Friday at the Marathon on John Merritt Boulevard.
Police say the victim was at a pump near his car when he was shot.
Investigators say he wasn't able to provide a suspect description, but did tell police that the suspect(s) left in a gray Lincoln.
The victim was taken to Vanderbilt Hospital where he later died.
Right now, police tell us they aren't sure if this was meant to be a robbery.
