CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police are looking for a man wanted for assault who drove off from an officer Saturday morning.
According to Clarksville PD, an officer saw Donald Ennis, wanted on assault charges, getting into a vehicle in front of a house on Swift Drive around 9:30. When the officer pulled up to Ennis and got out of his car, Ennis reversed, jumbed a curb and sped off, damaging the patrol car in the process.
The officer was not injured.
Ennis, 45, is 6'2" with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is now wanted for Aggravated Assault and Evading Arrest.
Police ask anyone with information about Ennis to call 931-645-8477 or leave an anonymous tip online.
