NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police officials say they're searching for the gunman that shot and killed 37-year-old Antonio Merritt Saturday.
Police say Merritt was standing outside in the RiverChase apartment complex on the 500 block of Joseph Avenue when he was hit.
Multiple shots were fired outside the F building just before 6 p.m. And police say the people responsible got away in a blue Infiniti SUV.
Anyone with information concerning the murder of Antonio Merritt was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
