During an event, Nashville Mayor Megan Barry said she was glad to see Hillary Clinton take big wins in Super Tuesday’s Primary.

Super Tuesday turned out as predicted for the Democratic Party with Hillary Clinton winning over several southern states including Tennessee.

Barry attended the Women's Entrepreneur luncheon in Nashville Wednesday.

There, she said she was pleased to see Clinton do so well in the Volunteer state.

“I was excited to see Secretary Clitnon pick up so many delegates.  There's a lot of positive energy for her campaign,” said Barry.

Mayor Barry endorsed Clinton prior to Super Tuesday.
