Men wanted for stealing cars out of five counties

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Williamson County Sheriff's officials asked for the public's help in their search for two car burglary suspects, who are wanted in five counties.

The two men were caught on video at several Kroger stores after using stolen credit cards taken during the burglaries.

The suspects are allegedly breaking into locked and unlocked vehicles during daytime hours in public parking lots at grocery stores and recreational centers. They have stolen purses and used the credit cards to buy hundreds of dollars in gift cards at various Kroger stores in Williamson, Wilson, Maury and Bedford Counties and in Tullahoma.

Officials reminded residents to always lock their car doors, do not leave purses or other valuables in their vehicles and be aware of their surroundings.
