NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville City Council members passed a bill that would bring more diaper changing stations to places in Nashville on its second reading.

The bill would require diaper changing stations be included in all public restrooms in newly constructed buildings. Many older buildings don't have any changing stations.

The bill has to go through one more vote before it's approved.
