NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police officers and FBI agents are searching for a man who robbed a U.S. Bank on Murfreesboro Pike.
Police say on Thursday afternoon just before around 3:45, the man approached the teller, saying he had a bomb and demanding money.
The teller complied and then the robber ran away on foot. He was described as being clean shaven wearing a black stocking cap, black shirt, and blue jeans. He is approximately 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. According to witnesses, he appeared intoxicated.
Anyone who may recognized the man was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
