A teacher with Metro Nashville Public Schools has been placed on leave amid allegations that he had “inappropriate contact” with a student.
MNPS officials said the Glencliff High School teacher was placed on administrative leave on March 6 after he allegedly had impropriate contact with a student at the school.
They did not elaborate on the nature of the allegations.
The teacher’s name was not released.
In a brief statement, Metro Schools said they are “cooperating with MNPD and the Department of Children’s Services as an investigation into this matter is completed.”
