Nashville is known as a city full of singers, but what about dancers? Now, Millennium Dance Complex has opened their newest studio in Nashville.
It's a brand known around the world.
"Like three in China, Japan, Brazil, Germany. They're everywhere now," said owner Tamara Williams. "We offer everything from hip-hop, contemporary, ballet. We offer all dance all ages all levels."
Millennium opened their first studio in Los Angeles in 1992. Williams said Music City is a perfect fit for the franchise.
"We ended up coming up with Berry Hill as the next big part of the city to grow," she said.
Williams said she wanted a space that was accessible to everyone.
"They can take a bus and get here and take an affordable $9 class," she said. "So whether you've never danced before or whether you're somebody picking it back up it's available. Affordable and available."
Karynn Hough is the Director. She said Nashville is growing and they want their dancers and their classes to grow with it.
