We all know just how hot Nashville's housing market is, but in the past few months, some housing sales numbers in Nashville have dropped because there isn't enough inventory.
But that's not the case everywhere.
The Greater Nashville Association of realtors says the number of closings for million-dollar homes has increased 27 percent in just one year.
Real estate agents credit that to the number of businesses choosing to move to Nashville -- all with well-paid upper-level employees.
“That includes some executive level to mid-management level jobs, so we're still seeing these companies come to our area,” said Angela Durr, a luxury real estate agent.
Luxury home real estate agents, like most others, say they're so busy showing homes that they're working seven days a week.
