Those involved with the Harpeth Square development broke ground in downtown Franklin on Monday.
The mixed-use hotel space will also be equipped with retail, office, and living space. The building and parking garage will stretch from Bridge Street to Main Street.
The project is estimated to cost $105 million.
The hotel will be operated by Hilton Hotels.
According to a press release, there will be 15,000 square-feet of retail space, 3,600 square-feet of office space, and a five-story parking garage
It's slated for May 2019 on the hotel side, with the apartments and retail businesses opening by November 2019.
