NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro police say two teenagers were arrested and a third person is wanted for questioning after a deadly shooting Wednesday afternoon in Madison.

The call went out just after 3 p.m. at a shopping center in the 100 block of Gallatin Pike North. Officers said 20-year-old Eric Jauregui was targeted in a robbery. A group of people planned to rob him of marijuana and a gun, when gunfire was exchanged inside his vehicle.

Jauregui and woman who was also inside the car were shot. Both were taken to the hospital. Jauregui died of his injuries, while the woman survived.

Late Wednesday night, Metro Nashville police announced the arrests of 18-year-old Josue Mojica and 16-year-old Ronaldo Conde in connection with the shooting. They're accused of setting up the robbery.

Metro police are asking for the public's help in finding a third man wanted for questioning in the case. Juan Posada, 18, is believed to have knowledge of the shooting.

If you know where police can find Posada, give Crime Stoppers a call and leave an anonymous tip at (615) 74-CRIME.
