A Metro Nashville Police officer was involved in a crash.
The crash was reported Thursday afternoon around 3:30. It happened at the intersection of Thompson Lane and East Thompson Lane.
According to reports, the officer was headed to an incident with his emergency lights on. He was turning left when he was hit.
His injuries were not serious. Police said he was treated and released. Further details were not immediately available.
