Montgomery Bell Academy Students Serve Meals to Those Less Fortunate

It's the season of giving and some Nashville students spent their Saturday doing just that!

Montgomery Bell Academy students teamed up with Urban Housing Solutions. The organization provides affordable housing for the homeless and residents with low income. MBA students prepared meals and afterwards, dressed up in aprons and ties, to serve those living at one of the UHS properties.

"This is almost humbling.  We are making sure they understand what the other side of world does...so they can understand they are very fortunate," said Malcolm Morrison, a teacher at Montgomery Bell Academy.

The students do this once a month.

Saturday's meal was a Latin-inspired chicken and rice dish served with soup.
