Officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office have asked for the public's help in their search for a second suspect in a brazen armed robbery.

Thomas Taylor was working at the cash register, when the store was robbed.

Taylor was still in shock, but he went back to work, and as he worked to serve Montgomery county, the Sheriff's office worked to put an armed and dangerous man behind bars.

Deputies searched for James Williams. In surveillance video, you can see Williams walk up to an unsuspecting customer, and hold a gun to the back of his head. According to the Sheriff's Office, the robbery happened just before 8:45 p.m. on July 1 at the Excell Market.

There were multiple customers inside the store at the time of the robbery, all of them were forced into the bathroom at gunpoint, while the employees were instructed to put all of the money into a trash bag.

Tyalor told NewsChannel 5 he remained so calm because he knew other people's lives were at risk.

"They kept telling me if you don't do what I say, I'm going to hurt her. So that's the only reason I tried to stay so calm during the whole thing," said Taylor.

The bond for Williams rose to $1.6 million.

A reward was offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect, call 931-645-TIPS if you have any information that could help the Sheriff's Office.
