A grand jury indicted a Montgomery County deputy for allegedly having sex with an inmate at the Montgomery County Jail.
Dale Tuel, 50, was indicted on charges of sexual misconduct stemming from his days working at the jail.
Tuel had only been with the Sheriff's Office a little more than a year - he was fired this past September.
