Court documents revealed details that gave a better idea of just how big of a case prosecutors are preparing against Rutherford County Sheriff Robert Arnold and two others who are all facing charges that could land them behind bars for 95 years.

It's all for their alleged role in an e-cigarette company at the County Jail.

According to one of the latest court filings in the Government's case against Joe Russell, Arnold's Chief Deputy, the government has begun turning over its evidence for the defense to look over, including a spreadsheet with "372,970 entries" of apparent "documents, recordings, videos and photographs."

That was along with another spreadsheet with "over 810,000…stamped items," marked as potential evidence.

On top of that, the prosecution lists "over 80 people who are potential witnesses" in the case.

A court date has been set for February 7, 2017.
