Mt. Juliet police investigating Lebanon Road Dollar General robbery

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WTVF) — Mt. Juliet police are investigating a robbery of a Dollar General over the weekend.

On Sunday, March 31, officers were called to the Dollar General on Lebanon Road to investigate the robbery. A black male demanded cash from an employee of the store, brandishing a handgun in the process.

The alleged suspect then left the store with the money, fleeing in a white Chevrolet Silverado. It's suspected that the truck is a model from 1999-2006.

No one was injured, and there were no shoppers in the store at the time.
