Mt. Juliet Police officials have asked for the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect who broke into Mario’s Market on Lebanon Road.

A cleaning crew noticed the break in and called police. Officers responded around 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 14.

It appeared that the business’ glass was shattered by a large rock.

Multiple cartons of cigarettes were stolen.

Video surveillance captured the suspect in the act. Additionally, another nearby market’s surveillance captured the same suspect possibly attempting to break into that store as well.

Detectives hoped someone in the community may have an idea of who is responsible for this crime.

Anyone with any information regarding this crime is encouraged to call the Mt. Juliet Police Department at 615-754-2550.
