Mount Pleasant's city manager was arrested over the weekend for allegedly drinking and driving with two children in the car.
An officer pulled over Katherine Collier after noticing she was swerving near North Main Street.
Collier failed sobriety tests, and the officer reportedly found a cup of wine in the front console.
Her son and his friend were in the backseat, and both told the officer they were scared of Collier's driving.
She was given four different charges.
