Multiple Rutherford Co. Schools continue distance learning due to COVID-19

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — Rutherford County Schools continue to adjust schedules due to COVID-19. Some schools will return to in-person learning next week, while others will remain remote.

Three schools will reopen to in-person classes on Monday: Riverdale High, Rockvale Middle and Rockvale Elementary.

Lascassas Elementary’s distance learning has been extended by one day and will now reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 8.

Oakland High’s distance learning has been extended through Thursday, Dec. 10 and will reopen on Friday, Dec. 11. Roy Waldron Elementary (main campus), as previously announced, will also be on distance-learning through Thursday, Dec. 10

And Siegel High School, as previously announced, will learn remotely until Friday, Dec. 11.
