The scene of a crash is currently being cleared of a multiple vehicle-accident on Interstate 40 in Putnam County near mile marker 280.
The accident occurred around 3:45 p.m. on Thursday but currently no other details have been shared.
Currently, all eastbound lanes are closed and it is expected that the crash will not be cleared until 7:45 p.m.
