NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A crash involving multiple vehicles caused a significant traffic delay along northbound lanes of Interstate 65, near Wedgewood Avenue Monday morning.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. at mile marker 81 at the Wedgewood Avenue exit.
Details of the crash were unknown, but a TDOT truck could be seen directing traffic around the far left lane of the interstate. All lanes have since reopened.
Southbound traffic was not affected by the delay.
At its peak congestion, traffic could be seen backed up all the way to the Armory Drive exit, a few miles away.
It was unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.
