MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – A man has been charged in connection with setting fire to a car in Rutherford County.
Officials with the Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue Department said 35-year-old James Ihm of Murfreesboro was arrested Friday. He has been charged with setting fire to personal property.
Early Friday morning, crews responded to a car fire located on North Walnut Street.
The Fire Marshal was called in and determined the fire was suspicious. A motive for the incident was not immediately known.
Ihm has been booked into the Rutherford County Detention Center on $5,000 bond. A court date has been set for April 17.
