Murfreesboro police are investigating an alleged sex trafficking ring after a woman managed to escape from those selling her.
According to a police report, she told Murfreesboro police she had been held against her will and managed to escape from a bathroom window on Thanksgiving.
She says those who held her captive would drug her up and then drive her around town being sold, swapped or traded for narcotics or money.
The victim described being taken to several counties around the state.
She has managed to give investigators a description of the suspects and police are working to make arrests.
