MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — One person was injured in a shooting in Murfreesboro Sunday.
Murfreesboro Police officers were called to a report of a shooting at 4th Avenue and Minor Street just after 5:30 p.m.
However, when officers arrived, they didn't find a victim at the scene. The victim showed up at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.
A person of interest was detained and questioned, but detectives are still serching for the shooter. Anyone with information was asked to call Detective Richard Presley at 629-201-5615 with any information.
