A Nashville homicide suspect, who was recently added to the state’s most wanted list, has been taken into custody after a police pursuit on Interstate 65.
Kevin Tidwell was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s most wanted list on Wednesday after being named as a suspect in fatal shooting of 24-year-old Jesus Flores on Saturday night.

He was apprehended Thursday on I-65 at Concord Road in Brentwood.
Police said Tidwell was armed with a pistol at the time of his arrest.
The incident blocked several lanes of traffic and caused a significant delay in the area. The circumstances leading up to his arrest were not yet known.
