NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Nashville man has claimed a $1 million Powerball prize.
The ticket, purchased in Nashville, won Thursday night’s Powerball drawing.
Officials with the lottery said this win was the 18th worth $1 million or more so far this year.
The win was also the 171st of its kind since tickets were first sold in January 2004.
Lottery officials said the winner wanted to remain anonymous.
