NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Vanderbilt University math professors are hosting the Nashville Math Club for middle and high school students.

The club helps students learn complex math concepts in fun and creative ways. It's open to all students in grades 5-12 and makes math and problem-solving skills fun with engaging activities like exotic fractions to solve puzzles, codes, cryptography and math Jeopardy.

The club will meet twice a month beginning February 9 from 5-7 p.m. Due to the pandemic, the club will meet via Zoom. It is free to join, and students interested in joining must have a parent or legal guardian register here.
