NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Finding the motivation to go to the gym isn't always easy. But for some, paying for a pricey gym membership, isn't even a possibility. Now, there's a non-profit that helps women struggling to make ends meet.

"I mean you get what you pay for in the fitness industry. And good training can be very expensive," said Tash Weddle, President & CEO of The New Beginnings Center.

The center is a nonprofit with a mission to empower women of low income through fitness coaching nutrition and lifestyle. Women can work out at reduced rates, thanks in part to other women working out to give back.

"Part of our businesses is social enterprising. Women who can pay for training, 20% of what they pay goes to help women who could not afford it," said Weddle.
