A 47-year-old man has been charged with vehicular homicide following a hit-and-run crash in the Cane Ridge area of Nashville.
The head-on, two-car collision was reported at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday on Burkitt Road near Whittemore Lane, which is on the Davidson County side of Nolensville.

Officials with Metro Nashville police said one of the drivers involved in the crash fled from the scene but was later taken into custody.
Police said 33-year-old David Barnett, of Nashville, was killed in the wreck. Barnett was identified as the brother of Philadelphia Eagles' Derek Barnett.
Felipe Castelblanco, of Smyrna, was charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication.
