NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Nashville murder suspect Alphonso James surrendered to members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.

Metro Police say James shot and killed 41-year-old Stefvon Murphy and wounded two others - a 59-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man - in the woman's apartment at Cheatham Place Homes.

The motive is still under investigation. James is being held without bond pending a hearing.
