BOSTON (AP) — More shots have been fired in the war of words between Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Donald Trump.

The Massachusetts Democrat called the Republican presidential hopeful a "small, insecure moneygrubber" who doesn't care whom he hurts, as long as he can make money.

Warren says Trump was rooting for people to lose their homes when he said in 2007 that he makes more money in bad markets than in good ones.

Warren made the comments Tuesday before the Center for Popular Democracy in Washington.

They're the latest in an ongoing battle between Warren and Trump. Earlier this month, Warren took to Twitter to bash Trump for his treatment of women.

Trump has fired back, calling Warren "goofy" and saying she's been an ineffective senator.
