Scaffolding collapsed outside a building in Houston, multiple outlets are reporting.
The accident caused "multiple injuries", Houston's Office of Emergency Management reported according to CNN.
Houston Fire Department Senior Capt. Ruy Lozano told multiple outlets that six construction workers were hurt but the injuries were serious but were not life-threatening.
It is unclear whether there were any fatalities or whether others were hurt, Lozano said.
The scaffolding looked as if it covered a large portion of a city block, according to CNN. The building is located near Minute Maid Park, the home of the Houston Astros.
