A former Plymouth-Canton (Michigan) school district employee is behind bars, accused of sexting and performing sexual acts on a 15-year old boy.

The boy's father claims he discovered this in May, when he took his son's phone after he got in trouble. That led to a five-month long investigation. He claims the mother, Bridget Caplin, sent his son nude photos, also accusing her of performing sex acts in a church parking lot. He claims his son was friends with the woman's daughters.

He didn't want to be identified, but told us, "She was picking him up, driving him around, taking him places. But I don't know exactly what they were doing each time right now." The Plymouth-Canton school district says this happened outside of school hours, and they recently found out the support staff member from East Middle School was charged with several crimes. The boy's father wants her on the sex offender registry.

He went on to say, "I'm sure my son is not the only one being taken advantage of. Reverse the roles. If it was a male paraprofessional and a female student, all hell would have broken loose."

Caplin is charged with criminal sexual conduct third degree. Bond set at $50,000.
