ORO VALLEY, Arizona — An amazing act of kindness was captured by a photo posted to Facebook from the inside of a tire shop.

According to the post, Jeremey Upham was sitting inside a tire shop when three Oro Valley officers came inside.

Upham knew one of the officers, Sgt. Gracie and they began to chat.

Sgt. Gracie said they had responded to a disabled vehicle call with a 97-year-old WWII veteran who had just gotten a flat tire because his tires were in bad shape.

The man said money was tight for him.

"The squad all came together and bought new tires for this gentleman’s car.The officers were incredibly humble and said 'hey, we gotta take care of each other right,'" according to Upham's post.

He continued by writing, "take care of your law enforcement officers; they certainly take care of you and your loved ones!"
