Neighbors and friends made a memorial for a murder victim whose body was found near a field in the Bethesda, College Grove area.
The body of 22-year-old Britney Rose Cole was found about two weeks ago off of a rural road. Cole was from Tullahoma and a stranger to most residents here.
Despite that, they've made this memorial to remember the young woman.
Local residents found her body last Monday, by Friday authorities arrested and charged 21-year-old Thomas Black Bruner with her death.
Police said he and Cole were in a previous relationship together and Cole was a former resident of Williamson County.
Friday evening, the community will host a vigil for Cole. While her family has respectfully asked that media not be there the community hopes residents will come out to remember her.
