A new high-end, mixed-use development has been approved to come to the Green Hills area of Nashville.
2400 Crestmoor will include an upscale hotel, class-A office space, and retail shops.
The project has received final approval from Metro Planning, and the project and site work has begun at the location.
The development was set to be directly across from the Mall at Green Hills and should be completed by the end of next year.
