A fugitive from New York was captured in Nashville after a traffic stop.
According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, a vehicle was pulled over for having an expired tag.
The driver also allegedly had an expired driver’s license. Police said his passenger volunteered to drive.
The officer ran his license and discovered he was wanted on a criminal warrant out of New York.
It’s unclear what charges he’s facing; however, he was held on a $250,000 bond.
Police said he was taken into custody without incident.
