Officer Injured In Crash In White House

WHITE HOUSE, Tenn. – An officer was injured in a crash involving two vehicles on Highway 76.

The wreck happened around 6 p.m. Saturday when a Ford Explorer, driven by 40-year-old Robbie Cole, of Cottontown, entered a turn lane.

Authorities said that’s when a patrol car, driven by 25-year-old Emmanuel Manoloules, crossed into the path of the Explorer.

Manoloules was trapped until emergency crews arrived and took off the door of the vehicle. He was injured, but the extent of his injuries was unknown.

Cole and a passenger were not injured. Officials said a passenger in Manoloules’ car was also not harmed in the crash.

No charges have been filed. The investigation was ongoing.
