An officer was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Nashville.
The crash happened around 10 a.m. Saturday in the area of Hickory Bend Drive and Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Reports stated the officer allegedly fell asleep, and his vehicle left the roadway before hitting a telephone pole and a fire hydrant.
Authorities said the officer had minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.
