Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have responded to an officer-involved shooting in Tullahoma.
Coffee County District Attorney Craig Northcott said the suspect, James Shelton, was shot in the arm by officers.
Northcott said Shelton brandished a knife in an aggressive manner toward both officers and himself.
An officer tased him twice, but it didn't affect him. That's when he was shot in the arm.
Shelton was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Officials did not release the name of the officer(s) who shot him.
