Officials: Missing Florida child may be headed to Middle Tennessee

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement believes a missing child is headed to Middle Tennessee.

Investigators say Jaxson Prows, 5, was last seen in Newberry, Florida wearing a red and blue tank top with white stripes. He also may be with Erin Hontz, 40, who was last seen wearing a blue and white blouse with a blue ruffle collar and a mossy oak camouflage hat.

The pair is believed to be traveling in a 2004 beige Toyota Sienna with Florida plates and the number BZAX67. The vehicles back driver's side window has also been busted and covered with duct tape.

The FDLE is working with the TBI to find the missing child.
