NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An overturned van on Interstate 24 has shut down an off-ramp.
Officials with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said the wreck was reported at 6:48 p.m. Thursday at Exit 50A in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 24. That exit leads to Knoxville and Chattanooga.
The off-ramp was blocked to eastbound traffic. Authorities said the interstate and westbound traffic were not affected.
No further details were released as to the cause of the crash. Officials said minor injuries were involved.
Crews estimated the roadway would be clear by 11:59 p.m.
