NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One suspect is in custody and another is sought by the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) for a 2019 murder.
MNPD says they are looking for Jaylon Woodson, 25, on a first-degree murder indictment. Woodson is wanted for the murder of 22-year-old Montae Gray, which happened outside of Skyview Apartments in West Nashville December 30 of last year.
Monolito Murphy, 19, is named in the same murder indictment. Murphy has been jailed since January 31 on charges of aggravated robbery, felony heroin and gun possession.
Robbery is the suspected motive.
