LEWISBURG, Tenn. (WTVF) — A deadly fire in Lewisburg has been ruled as suspicious and is being investigated by Lewisburg Police and fire officials.
The fire broke out at a home Wednesday around midnight on the 500 block of 2nd Avenue North in Lewisburg. The home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
While extinguishing the flames, firefighters found the remains of a body inside the home.
The fire and death was ruled suspicious.
