The Predators and Ford Ice Center began laying ice at their temporary outdoor skating rink in Nashville.
The project was expected to take crews nine days to finish until it officially opens this Saturday.
The rink will be open to the community for public skates and organized events.
Based on the rink's success last year, the facility will be open a few weeks longer this year and set to officially close February 20.
