NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A crash involving a tractor trailer has delayed traffic along Interstate 24 near Briley Parkway.
The incident was reported around 10:20 a.m. Friday at exit 54 near Briley Parkway.
Details of the crash were not available. It was not known if the driver or anyone else was injured.
According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, lanes of eastbound I-24 were blocked while officials work to remove the truck. Traffic is being diverted around the incident.
Westbound traffic was not affected.
The wreck wasn’t expected to be cleared until 12:50 p.m.
